Q.
Hi My baby 17 days old...weight was 2.7 kgs at the time of birth ...so till now weight was same... not even gain the weight

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. that's normal, as baby initially 7 to 10 days loose some weight n regain in further few days.. feed as often as they seem hungry or want comforted, offer more breastfeeds, feed from both breasts at each breastfeed.

it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
mother milk helps in weight gain
maintain gap between feeds at least two hrs
