A. Hello mom babies double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of one year . So if your baby was a preterm baby they would tend to gain weight on a slow pace as compared to full term baby. You can give him your feed along with solids . Foods such as ghee , panner , dry fruits and nuts , egg yolk , millets , legumes and lentils can be given as well

A. Cheese can form part of a healthy, balanced diet for babies and young children, and provides calcium, protein and vitamins. Babies can eat pasteurised full-fat cheese from 6 months old. This includes hard cheeses, such as mild cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and cream cheese.
