Hi , my babies are 7 month old wanted to knw what is ghasara and what all is thr in ghasara

A. Somva 34 or Ghasara is a combination of 34 different Ayurvedic ingredients like Kharek, Haldi, Harde, Jestimal, Jaifal, Badam etc. It is offered to babies who are as young as few days old to toddler. You need to scratch these things on a piece of stone using Breast milk or formula milk and give to baby.
