Hi, my almost 6m old baby is teething and has been passing stools more frequently. Color is greenish and not yellow. is that a stomach infection?

A. Yes. it can be due to stomach infection. make sure to visit a pediatrician and get proper medicine. Also take care whatever the baby pits in the mouth is clean especially baby's hands.
