Q.

hi my age is 33. my b12 and vitamin d is low. I am taking medicine for the same. it this case I cant take 2 chance of pregnancy. will taking pregnancy affect my health.?? pls guide..

A. since you have started taking medication you can try I to conceive for second baby if you want it has the medications will help maintain the levels of Vitamin D3 and B12 normally E and side by side you can start for conception

A. Hi parent I suggest you no please wait till you become healthy please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your diet please avoid RO water please take daily sun light exposure
