hi ..my age 31years..since evening my body get chills and sweats randomly.i don't have fever.what is the reason,and any remedy please

If You are having chills And then sweating after that then it would be better that you consult your doctor because it could be an indication for cold or some viral infection but without proper check up it’s very difficult to suggest to the right reason behind it
