hi my 9 months old baby fallen down by bed his head right side swelled and vomited food crying not able to sleep on his right side please give me a good suggestion

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give Paracetamol according to the weight of the child which can be repeated maximum 4 times HEAD INJURY -It is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger science like severe headache or excessive crying or excessive vomiting abnormal movements lethargy Kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination. For pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head

T It is due to swelling that your child is not able to sleep properly so as of now you can just keep a cold pack on to that area swelling is going to settle down also if there is too much of pain you can give paracetamol to the child and it would be actually necessary to get a check with your doctor
