Hi.. my 8month old is shrugging his shoulders since 4 days.. is this normal? Did anyone experience this ? Please reply..

A. good morning I would request you to please also check if the child is having any problem associated with it is being cranky or is pointing to the shoulder or a showing any signs of discomfort otherwise I don't have to worry
