hi my 7weeks baby is coughing with stuffy nose what should we do ?

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in tgfhe origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be requireud along with anti allergic medications
