Namaste Mom, A full term baby is expected to almost double the birth weight by age of 4 to 6 months and later it triples by age of 1. you could probably give the child semi solid and mashed foods . steamed vegetables, fruits , kichidiy suji , ragi porridge , dal , rice , curds , add in ghee to their meals as well
