hi my 6months baby has some pimples kind of on his back uploading the photo kindly suggest

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It can be due to changing weather. Please apply lacto calamine lotion on the affected areas. Also you can apply boroline cream on the baby. Please use Sebamed soap to bathe the baby. Please apply coconut oil on baby skin. Thanks and take care
