Q.

hi my 6 year old girl have fever for last 3 days with 104. after giving paracetamol drops every 6hrs temperature down to 98. after 5 hrs again 103 and 104 degrees. what is the reason? she has no other symptoms

A. It could be associated with viral or typhoid or anything because save the fever naturally doesn’t subside with medication within 72 hours that means it’s not a normal fever since the fever is extremely high I please suggest you to visit the doctor apart from that giving paracetamol please do cold sponge that will help in reducing the temperature
