Hi my 50 days old grunts alot at night while sleeping is exclusively on breastfeed.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is 50 days of age it is quite natural small babies will be grunting a lot during sleeping you can give steam inhalation to the baby and put saline nasal drops in the nose also
