hi my 5 months old baby is having fever which is fluctuating from 3 days going on and off she is behaving cranky unwell and grunting can anyone pls tel me wat can be the cause and m giving her zifi 50 dry syrup from today

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. better get proper blood test to find out the reason of fever Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
