Hi my 5 month old son passing very less time no. of urine, its very yellowish and I can feel hotness in his body. Thermometer shows 37.7 degree Celsius. what should I do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. babies 5 months also the baby is passing less during definitely you should consult your doctor if the baby is also not taking proper feeding so do not ignore this it is very important
