Hi, my 5 and a half month daughter today has developed small rashes on her head. have attached a picture for better clarity. She sweats a lot during feeding and while sleeping as well. is this a heart rash or something else. She is on exclusive breastfeeding only as of now.

A. hello mum sweating is very normal in babies of the sage do not over wrap your baby keep her in the Well ventilated room do not make over use of creams and oils and powder apply Lacto Calamine lotion on it and keep baby well hydrated as well
