hi, my 5.5 months old has pneumosil vaccine on 12th. from 14th morning, he is pooping after every poop. (from solid yellow poop to green loose motion). what can be the reason and how to treat it?

A. this is not related to the vaccination which is given so if your child is doing more frequent motions it may be because of some infection consult your doctor and will guide you
