hi My 4four months baby boy 10 days before vaccinated but leg got swelling and vacation surrounding area skin got hardened so please give me suggestions why it is happening and solution please.

A. if you are baby has received DPT vaccination it may cause pain fever and swelling and the swelling may be there for even few days you can apply ice fomentation over there and give paracetamol to reduce pain and swelling
