hi, my 4 year old son has gastric problem n use to hv gas a lot so can anyone suggest me some home remedy or medicine for him.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. give carmicide syp. Boil the ajwain (carom seeds) in water . Give it to your child and it will work as an excellent in gases or stomach ache in kids
