Hi my 4 year old is skinny and not gaining weight and he is allergic to nuts what diet should I follow to gain him more weight

Namaste Mom, Some indiviuals their body type could be such that they arent able to gain weight quite easily and over all after age of the weight gain is slow, so by age 1 they triple their birth weight and later it doubles by age of 5. Give him all family foods as such
