hi, my 4 months old boy jitters when exited..is it a normal behaviour?

A. Hello ma’am Sometimes it is a normal behaviour but if it is happening frequently on a regular basis then it would be better to consult your doctor ones because certain times you can consider these things normal and common during excitement but if it is happening every time then I don’t believe it is normal so consult your doctor ones
