hi My 4 month old baby is pooping green 6-7 times and has very red rash due to constant motion.. what to do.

A. hi. green stolls are common in infants, but if green stools,arevwatery and foul smelling, do talk to yiur doctor. apply t bact ointment or candid cream on bittom area. ok
