Q.

Hi, My 4 month old baby boy is pooping watery frequently and in yellowish green colour. He is active though and is breastfed properly. Is this normal? Attaching the images. Please advise.

A. Hi, it's not normal to pass only watery stool. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. Expect your breastfed infant's stool to be soft to runny in texture. It may also be watery, almost like the consistency of diarrhea. The texture may resemble mustard and contain small, white seed-like particles.
