Hi my 33day baby boy had scanning report in that left kidneys: right Gr-2HN 44mm×20mm and left Gr-3HN 49mm×21mm is it normal no need of worry

Hi If your question is that that both the kidneys sizes are different that’s what if you want to ask that is completely normal I want to know organs are of the same size even if you look at your hands and face carefully you’ll find a difference little bit you know who is completely normal no body organs are of the similar size
