Hi, My 3 months old baby have fever from yesterday morning and i am giving t 98 drops in regular intervals( once in 6 hours) temp now is 37.6 and am find the heat in the head and forehead. also she has mild cough and cold for which i gave Zyrtec- 7 drops. But still am not seeing any improvement. please advice

A. according to the symptoms of the baby it is advised to get a proper physical examination done which would be hxelpful for the doctor to to find out the the treatment for further management consult dr.
