Hello ma’am Well as per my information there is no soap cream or any other lotion that can make a child fair because complexion is completely genetic and is on the either side of the parent so if you’re fair or wheatish your child is going to take the same complexion only and lastly also I would like to tell you that you should definitely accept the complexion that your child has because every complexion is beautiful
