hi. my 2yr10 month baby girl weight is now 11. 5 kg. plz suggest me healthy diet. n weight gain diet. she is very active by dnt say any big sentence in properly what can I do .

Hello mom every individual have their metabolism , and some gain weight easily and some Inspite of been active for their age they do not gain weight much . For his speech would suggest to consult a speech therapist. Would be very helpful early intervention is best.
Mean while talk to him , engage him in a conversation read books , sing songs for him , so that he tries to connect
