Q.
Hi...my 2months old baby is not having proper milk. she is not drinking enough milk as she has to be. i am breastfeeding but even she is not taking that also. moreover her gap time is more than 3hours even after three hours she is not having her meal properly. when i breastfeed her she just sucks for like 5-10mins the she closes her lips tightly. what can i do...plz let me know. Thanks

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, what was the birth weight and present weight? Do you feel fullness before feeding? Is your baby latched well on to breast or holding only nipple? What’s the pee count?

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. weight at birth is 4kg and now is 5kg she is sucking properly but that is only for just 5-10mins. when i am trying from other side she doesn't open her mouth. within 5mins I think her tummy didn't filled up. and another meal gap is long enough. she pees 6-7times a day.
