Hi, My 28 days old new born is pooping 7 to 8 times in a day.is that is gud for baby or she will loose her weight. please suggest.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, pooping 7 to 8 times a day is very common among many exclusively breastfed babies. Do not worry about it. As long as consistency of stool is not watery like loose motions, do not worry.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello sometimes the ba ies can pass motion frequently and it would be better to check on your diet as this can effect your baby tummy and in regards to other medications it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
