Hi my 22 month old son had a small lump on his back of head. no pain or discomfort, just it is there. can any one help me what it is???? is that dangerous or something for concern?? anyone deals same with there lo??? I am totally blank plz help me

A. probably the small number baby is having nothing but lymph node most of the times balance not will be swelling if there is infection in the scalp of the baby .
