hi , my 2 years baby is having dry cough from yesterday and today has fever showing 100 -101 range. using meftagesic-ds for fever . kufril ls for dry cough. kufril is fine or do we need to use other syrup for dry cough . pls suggest

When you’re already giving medicines they are good enough for the problem fix Nota padaththin enik fever is coming and going and last for more than three days then you can check with your doctor but otherwise fever Shun subside within 2 to 3 days on the higher side
