Q.
Hi, My 2 month old has a growling sound in his stomach. After frequent feeding and whole feeding. Normally I take 2.5hrs in between each feed. Is it normal to have that sound. Or is it because my baby doesn't have enough milk. When I pump, I am getting 60ml each. is that enough for his age?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. hi dear Mum such growling sounds are fine it is the normal functioning of the digestive system if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient do not worry
