hi my 2 month old baby girl is having diarrhea.. like every 3 hours she is passing watery still.. doctor prescribed me dorolac sachet mixed in breast milk..but I don't know how much.. can anyone explain plz

A. first of all if the two months baby is only on mothers breastfeeding there is no question of baby having infection no need to use any medicines at all baby cannot have any infection
