Q.
hi.. my 15days nephew admitted in nicu since 1st day of life..with ttn pda<4- 4.5>and increased pulmonary pressure.45. on cpap..pp not coming down ..on vasodilator and lasix infusion with higher antibiotics..on full RTA feed.. active and good cry.. how many days it ll take him to recover

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. it can be few weeks sometimes up to month also for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about it because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
