Q.
Hi. my 13months old baby girl is not ready to drink cow Milk .. I am trying since 1 month , tried honey, turmeric, dryfruit mix . Whenever I tried to gave her cow milk...she refused it and starts crying. Any suggestions??

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent please don't force feed your child please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee etc please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Any change in the diet will definitely upset your child. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to make your child drink milk. Try giving milk in Babyhug stainless steel glasses and bowls. The maximum dairy intake should be around 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Good luck and take care.
