Hi my 13 year old boy hair is becoming white please advise clinical tests and diet

There are no such clinical test for that because white hair has become really very common with kids in an early age these days due to adulteration eating junk food not having proper sleep you know a lot of factors are responsible for this but to avoid further whitening I think it’s good to apply mustard oil regularly and include more of dry fruits and healthy food into your diet
