Q.

Hi my 11 month baby girl weight is too low her birth weight is 2kg only and now she is 5.6kg... please help me wt I do..I will feed her fruits vegetables and protein rich food but she is not gaining weight..she is hyper active and complete all her milestone happily..but I'm worried about her weight

A. her weight is not up to the mark. Give Desi ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mango, custard apple will help to increase weight .
