hi my 1 year old baby has white thick layer on her tongue. tried cleaning with wet cotton cloth and finger brush. but its not coming out. how can i remove it?

A. hello mam it is better to visit a dentist regarding this as it can be Thrush. the dentist will guide you better after checking the health of your kid properly .

Q. #AskTheExpert Hi doctor, my son is 14 months old having 4 teeth top and 3 teeth down. iam trying to brush his teeth with finger brush. Though he doesn't like brushing I somehow manage brushing but cleaning his tongue with tongue cleaner provided on the back of finger brush is becoming a hectic task. He nvr allows me to clean his tongue. can I use a cotton cloth and clean his tongue which I used to do earlier when he was a baby. when can I start brushing his teeth and cleaning his tongue without him making a fuss.
