Q.

Hi my 1 year 9 months baby is not eating well properly and his head, hands and foots is hot , however we checked his temperature it’s below 97%. He even has dry cough very rare. Wat to do

A. Dry cough can be sometimes due to seasonal change also so you can ask your doctor if you need to give any medicine for that and that is going to be better with time and when it comes to food I’m going to advise you to add salt and spices into the food for proper flavour and tasting
