Hi, my 1 month old baby is doing a little potty every 10 minutes? why is it so? how to control this? bcz of this she is having little redness also on backside..

ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician10 months agoA. Hello dear, passing motion in some time in a one month, old baby is absolutely normal. In fact, they can pass stools as high as 17 times a day. For the rashes, you can apply rashfree ointment 3 to 4 times a day for seven days and over that you can apply Vaseline gel. That would be good for your diaper rash, but no treatment required for motions.

It’s common for kids in this age because they do not have a proper digestive system which is why they can poop a lot of times in a day to avoid these rashes you can regularly apply Boroline anti septic cream whenever you’re cleaning the anal region of your child that will help
