Hi mothers. I have my delivery in next week. So please help me in finding a good maternity pad.

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. use adult diapers or you can use any Maternity pad no pad is very separate or specific. maintain proper hygiene After delivery you should have more of easy to Digest food and adequate water intake to maintain proper hydration as you are breastfeeding and most of your water content goes through it Avoid taking food which causes constipation and include more of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet
