ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you can give curd and paneer ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.
