Hi Moms, I stash milk jars in feezer as i am a working woman and will be away from my baby for 12 hrs.. I do not get enough milk in one go..I pump 40 ml each time i pump.. Need to check i pump in same bottle kept 8n room temperature and within 4 hrs to 6 hrs whatever I extract from pumping session i store it in freezer.. Is it fine?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. yes it s ok and normal.breast milk can be kept safely at room temperature for 6 hours at the maximum and in the refrigerator for 24 hours so yes you are doing it all right
