Hi moms, I’m looking for a mild, tear free soap for my little one. Her skin is super sensitive, so I want something really gentle and safe.

Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Wash and Shampoo has goodness of natural oats extract and gently cleanses baby's skin and hair without drying baby's skin. It has tear free formula a perfect fit for babies. I am sharing this from my personal experience.

Sebamed head to toe body wash is going to be good as it is clinically tested I am quite certain this is going to be good for the skin of the child which you can use like a shampoo and also as well as a body wash this is going to be gentle as it is clinically tested and recommended by the doctors also
