A. It is normal for all ladies to have a small pouch after giving birth. If you had Caesarean section then wait until six months but if you had vaginal delivery then you can start doing core abdominal exercises right awayWrite Your Answer Here

A. it has been 2 months only so wait for 1 month more. then start doing some workout like yoga and walking. also try to have a healthy and nutritional diet and avoid oily and junk food. drink lots of water specially lukewarm water if you can. all this will help you out. if you like you can take mamaearth apple cider vinegar only when you stop breastfeeding completely. as it is not recommendable for breastfeeding moms or pregnant women. it is natural drink that helps in weight loss, reduces belly fat and builds immunity and helps in digestion as well. I am taking it and it helped me a lot but I am also doing all of the above.

A. Hello dear parent! First let your body recover completely from post delivery stress. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. On 3 months completion you can start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try being physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
