Q.
Hi mommies... Nowadays I have low milk supply in evening time... I m really worried while baby crying because of insufficient milk supply... I m drinking lactate granules also... Still milk is insufficient only from evening to night times.... Plz suggest me to improve supply.... Can i take tablets? If I which tablet would u recommend?

How many do you want to take your already taking one so I would not say that you should take more than that when is good enough if it is not helping you still then I would advise you to go ahead with giving formula feeding in the evening and the nighttimeWrite Your Answer Here
