child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months and triples by one year.
give only breastmilk till completion of six months for healthy weight

Ma’am Without knowing the birth weight of your child I will not be able to tell you whether the current weight is perfect or it is less so you have to mention the birth weight of your child and if you feel your child is not gaining the best option that you can give to your child apart from your breast feeding his formula feed
