hi, meri baby 6 mnths ki h.. uske hone k kuch hi dino k andar main apne original weight mein a gayi aur abi bi wahi wt continue h... pr idhr 1 mnth se aisa lg ra h jaise meri body pe fat put on a ra h, dekhne mein aisa lg ra h jaise main wt gain kr ri hun, pr actually aisa ni h.... mje kya karna chahiye? ye natural h ya kuch problem ki wajah se ho ra h?

A. it's ok. do che k ur weight. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods.

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Good luck and take care.
