hi,mere bete ko thurs night me bahut vomiting hui pr medicine se under control lekin sat morning se fever aur loose motion start ho gye hai,fever is under control but loose motion nhi ruk rhe,raat me 4-5 baar ho chuke hai,suggest what do do?
