hi, mera baby k anus se pani aata hai jab wo gas realise karta hai to.. cloth wet ho jata hai... it's common and not?

please breast feed her every two hours and als as per her demand
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
giveher supplements as suggested by your doctor
